The 2022 team at Dalefield School
Hi, my name is Shannon and I have been a teacher aide here at Dalefield for the last four years. I also have a child here at Dalefield who will complete her nearly eight years here at the end of 2022. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.
I have been teaching at Dalefield School since 2018. Over the past 4 years I have job shared, until recently transitioning into my own New Entrant class named 'Whetū.' We moved to the Wairarapa in 2015. I have 2 children of my own. My daughter is a competitive swimmer and my son is a keen sportsman. I enjoy tramping and have been lucky enough to walk various tracks in the South Island.

I am a mother of three boys - two in college and one here at Dalefield School. I have been a Teacher Aide for almost six years both in Wellington and now in the beautiful Wairarapa. My family used to live on the South Coast of Wellington (Island Bay and Lyall Bay) and we moved to Carterton five years ago when my husband and I built our own house on a lovely 10 acre block.
Kia Ora, I have been the Deputy Principal here at Dalefield School for 3 years. I teach in Mangaterere with students from years 3-5. I was born and bred in the lovely Wairarapa. I have 4 children of my own and enjoy all kinds of sports and outdoor activities.
I have been at Dalefield school now for 11 years. I have 3 children and my interests are all kind of sports. I still play Hockey in winter and really enjoy going on bush walks. I love my job and meeting new families when they come to school.
I have been principal at Dalefield since 2017. Originally from Wellington, my wife and I moved to Carterton in 2014. I enjoy the outdoors, cycling and music, having been involved in singing/bands all my life. I have three adult sons and two grandchildren and very much enjoy family time.
