Teacher Aide

Hi, my name is Shannon and I have been a teacher aide here at Dalefield for the last four years. I also have a child here at Dalefield who will complete her nearly eight years here at the end of 2022. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family.

Cyd Balmer

Teacher Aide

Hi, My name is Cyd. I love being a teacher aide here at Dalefield School. After living all over the world I am proud to say the Wairarapa is the home of my heart. I am happiest when walking my dog and spending time with my family.

Kia Ora e te whanau o Matarawa. E harikoa ana ahau ki te noho ki te hapori o te kura. He Carterton au no te kainga kei te noho ahau me toku whanau. Ko te tumanako ka mau mai te ahua o te ngahau me te hikaka ke te ako mo au tamariki whakamiharo. I am very pleased to part of the school community. A Carterton local where I live with my family, I hope to bring a sense of fun and enthusiasm to learning

Sarah Gadsby

Specialist Teacher

My name is Sarah Gadsby and I am the ORS specialist teacher at Dalefield School. I have been teaching since 2009 and am very excited to be teaching alongside and with whānau and staff here at Dalefield. I am Mum to 3 girls who are 1,3 and 5.

Chrissy Webb

Teacher: New Entrant - Y2

Kia Ora, I'm Chrissy Webb, and I teach in Whetū (new entrant – year 2). My family and I moved from Levin to the Wairarapa in 2020. We live on a lifestyle property in Parkvale, where we share our space with Comet, our cat; Skittles and Autumn, our two pet sheep; Inky, our pony; and Beau, our newest addition, a Border Collie. Nga mihi.

Lisa Fitness

Office administration

I have been at Dalefield school now for 11 years. I have 3 children and my interests are all kind of sports. I still play Hockey in winter and really enjoy going on bush walks. I love my job and meeting new families when they come to school.

Willy Jephson

Tumuaki/Principal

Kia ora koutou! I'm Willy Jephson, the Tumuaki of Dalefield School. Born and raised in the beautiful Wairarapa, I take great pride in being an active member of our amazing community. I have a deep passion for the outdoors, playing sports, and music. When I'm not at school, I cherish spending time with my wife and our four wonderful children.
